Refunds & Returns Policy
At artisanal, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade wooden vases. As each product is crafted with care and attention to detail, we want to ensure your satisfaction. However, due to the unique nature of our handmade items, we have specific guidelines for refunds and returns.
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- It must also be in its original packaging.
- Due to the delicate and handcrafted nature of our wooden vases, we cannot accept returns if the item has been damaged, altered, or shows signs of use.
Non-returnable Items
Given the handcrafted nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized items
- Items with visible damage caused by misuse or improper care
- Gift items that have been opened or used
Partial Refunds
In certain cases, only partial refunds will be granted (if applicable):
- Products that show signs of damage or wear not caused by our error
- Products returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.

- You are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
